Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers open their wallet in the browser with their email and a six-digit code, and can add it to their home screen if they like.
Can I really issue vouchers myself?
Yes. Register, create a pack and send it the same day. You decide the vouchers, who receives them, when they expire and which outlets accept them.
Does 1Cloud Voucher collect or hold money?
No. Vouchers are offers you give out and honour at your own counter. We don't collect, hold or pay out money for them.
How do I stop a voucher being used twice?
Each QR code is short-lived and works once. Only signed-in staff can scan, and every redemption creates a receipt that can't be edited.
