One pack issued to one customer uses one issuance. Stamping and redemption do not use additional issuance. Login codes, system notifications and resending an existing invitation do not use invitation allowances.

Free allowances renew each Singapore calendar month. Paid allowances renew on your billing anniversary, without rollover.
